At our manufacturing facility located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, covering 14,000 m² of enclosed production area, we produce pipe support systems and related services in full compliance with international standards.
Our operations are supported by advanced, automated manufacturing technologies, including:
- Projection welding and robotic GMAW (MIG/MAG) systems
- Eccentric presses up to 400 tonnes capacity
- Tooling and automation shop equipped with CNC machining and wire-cut EDM
- Electro-galvanizing facilities for corrosion protection
- Vision-assisted robotic quality control systems
- Automated and semi-automated assembly lines
- High-capacity warehouse with storage for up to 6,000 pallets
